have arranged a Thrilling Night Trek to Dhak Bahiri Caves

Thinking of any place perfect for adventures, we come across many place in Sahyadris like the differences of Naneghat, Kokan Kada, Kalakrai etc. where we can also experience the thrill of technical climbing and natural rock climbing. One of them is the fort of Dhak, situated in Karjat region, and is a quite thrilling trek.The fort was discovered by great historian G.N. Dandekar As such no significant structures are remaining on the fort, except good scenery and few water cisterns.

SCHEDULE :- MEETING POINT AT LONAVALA RAILWAY STATION 10:30 PM  OR ANY ONE CAN JOIN WITH HIS / HER OWN TRANSPORT (PARKING @LONAVALA STATION) 

REACH IN BASE VILLAGE BY 1 AM
START ASCEND BY 1 :30 AM

REACH HALTING POINT BY 3:30 AM
REST TILL THE MORNING

REACH IN DHAK CAVES BY 8.30 AM

BREAKFAST WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE GROUP DURING TREK.

RETURN TO BASE BY 11.00PM

MOVE TOWARDS MUMBAI / PUNE

A Water Bottle (~3 Ltrs a must)

A Good Torch , Trekking Shoes,

Bedding : newspaper , chader , blanket, carry mat , shwal , slipping bag etc. (any available means of Bedding )

Camera, Cell Phone (Optional)

Pls avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments

Some ready to eat food. Plum cakes, Biscuits etc. ( Bring something for lunch time , we are skipping the lunch and planning to have some light food )

Medicine those if u require usually (Optional)

Personal basic medical kit & torch (Containing an antiseptic, few bandages, personal medications if any, Antibiotics for stomach infection)

A haversack to put all these things
